There’s a difference between celebrating a TD, and making it about you and making sure you let everyone know it. I get it, in a real game, he couldn’t get away with this, but to do what he did, that’s just ignorant.

Except Golden Tate had accomplished something at that point. No one gives a shit about what you do in high school. If he turns out to be a stud at USC, taunt away (s/o Baker), but thinking your hot shit in a exhibition game is premature.

This had nothing to do with punting to the military. He pulled the same exact move a couple time at The Opening. Spin the ball, pick it up and punt it. This was entirely about St. Brown and his ego.
