Did he play in the game? I watched it and never noticed him if he did play.

Never a good thing to hear about an injury, but he has just proved that he is tough as nails and he should be quicker once he has recovered. Wasn't very enamored with him as a prospect before, but now I am excited for him.

Actually this could be between the radius and ulna (elbow) or the thumb.

I don't know much but I checked with a buddy that knows and this could easily be as debilitating as a broken bone, for example. Painful, too!

I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night so im saying it's worse than a broken bone.

Dropped from the rivals250 to a 3* on rivals. It's not fair to this kid and rivals puts way to much stock into a week of practice with no one you've ever played with and in an an all star game. I know he played with one arm and he really struggled all week. His size is a concern and his overall speed is also one. Once he gets his other arm back and puts on more size he will be fine. One of the reasons I was hoping we bring in another LB prospect. Always have liked Drew White more but I think Adams will be a good player for us.

Dude had a rough all Star circuit. Hopefully that's the end of his struggles and he can get healthy and be a force

I know he had a rough all star circuit, but I like this kid. I like his tape and I think in a year or two, he will be a very good cornerstone to this defense...

I wish him the best and I hope he balls out but if everybody holds serve the MIKE succession looks like:

2017: Nyles Morgan - Greer Martini - Josh Barajas - David Adams (RS?)
2018: Barajas - Adams - Bauer (RS?)
2019: Barajas - Adams - Bauer

That's not factoring in Coney possibly playing MIKE after Morgan leaves or if Morgan or Martini were injured early and got a medical this year, allowing them to return for a 5th year.

I think he needs to jump Barajas, hope Bauer gets moved to BUCK and that neither of the Jones boys play well enough to either play MIKE or force Coney in to MIKE if he's going to be a cornerstone. He's got a tough depth chart to navigate. If it was Diaco's 3-4, I'd say he had a great chance to be a multi year starter.

I hope you're right about Barajas emerging as a starter. If you watch his HS highlight film, you'll see some great athleticism.

He was the highest rated of the 3 LB's in 2015 and has had the least success, because he ha put I. The least amount of time in.

I honestly don't see Barajas eve starting for the Irish.

I didn't say he'd be a starter. I just listed the possible succession scenario at MIKE by rating and seniority. I won't even guess on what happens except that Bo Bauer will be a starting LB in 2019.

I don't know about his arm but him and Drew White are smaller than my HS point guard. Someone get these two into Prof Balis lab immediately.

Drew White might turn out to be a top 5 player in this class. I love the kid and so does the ND staff.
