If you ever wanna see amusing dull multiplayer, look up Flight Sim LARPers. They take it very seriously, including flight traffic control. I'm pretty sure that career has among the highest mental health and suicide problems... and these guys do it virtually in their free time

In my youth I did a MILSIM LARP game before on Gary's mod and it was absurd as hell. The amount of US and UK vets on there with big time PTSD from the Iraq/Afghanistan wars just looking to fill the void in their lives by pretending to be back in service was insane. Then of course you would have battalion commanders giving them orders but only when he got home from middle school and had his peanut butter jelly sandwich and a juice box
