V247 spoke with his father about the visit. They thought everything was "beautiful" and "terrific." Rave reviews. Loved Kelly, Elko's, Polian, Swarbrick and even Father Jenkins! They seriously loved everything.
I'd say for they don't like the depth issue at USC, he'll come to ND. Just my guess, all things considering.

A Loy CB doesn't guarantee he comes to ND, but a lack of Loy CB almost guarantees he's not coming to ND since he loves to CB to ND any chance he gets.

ND should reserve a PWO for a Poly kid every year or two out of St. Louis Catholic. That's where Tua Taovailoa went. Do a lil "missionary" work of their own. I've read some stories over the past couple of years where there's a big push in Oceania to get Poly kids into football over rugby. Right now, the best athletes are playing rugby over football but thee are so many more opportunities at education and wealth through playing football.

Here's a kid that plays with Myron at Kapolei HS with no offers.

Big pickup. Hopefully with Amosa and Polian the Irish can start something with the polynesian players.

Realistically ND isnt going to land many of the stud d lineman from the south. So if they can pickup some good east coast and mid-western kids and supplement that with some polynesian kids that would be great.

As much as JOK seems to be the perfect match for ND... like possibly 3 year starter perfect, if you're tellin me they think Yeast and Harris join the other three(?) I take that over JOK everytime.

Yeast embodied everything that is wrong with ND recruiting in my eyes and if they can land him minutes to midnight, I'm speechless.

A DL class of Ewell, MacCollister, Tagovailoa, and Harris would actually be pretty solid. Only thing missing (as usual) would be an elite pass rusher. I like Harris' potential but he's gonna need a couple of years.

We shouldn't need an immediate edge rusher or WDE. Coaches have to get Okwara and Hayes up to task. Both have a lot of potential. But yes, Harris is a few years out from being an everydown guy. However, I really like his upside and we should be able to afford him that time.
