Ebron led TE/WRs last night, right?

Mack is indeed improving. He will continue to improve in my opinion now that he has an accurate passer tossing to him. I really do think he'll find consistency.

Yeah but IIRC he's below average in blocking and his drops can be infuriating.

My buddies who are Lions fans really disliked him. He is a huge target and a freak athlete, but he has a tendency to drops catches, especially in important situations. I can't tell you the number of times he's dropped as sure TD or a key 3rd/4th down pass.

Luck seems to like him as a target. Maybe things will work out better here. He's definitely not perfect, but he's big chunk of our production right now. He is leading the team in TDs, so it's hard for me to bitch all that much.

Sometimes all a player needs is a fresh start; if he keeps up this level of production, he'll be a sure-thing pro-bowl selection.

Luck has limited options, especially with TY on the mend. Hoping you're right about the fresh start. I really hope the Colts can find some true weapons for Luck via the draft next year, or via FA. If Luck had a Marvin Harrison and/or Reggie Wayne, I think things would be a lot different for the Colts.

Really proud how he has grown over his career.

I’d like him to come back next year. But I don’t think he will.

Think he will come back. With Book behind center he should light it up. Don't think he's first or second round material yet

that's where i'm at. 12 games with book next year could really do well for his stock.

Yep BK pitched a good argument to Coney and Tillery to that effect which has turned out to be probably true. So Mack might look at that and think the same.

Definitely well-deserved. I was at the game and he was amped when he went over to the student section at the end of the game. He was imitating conductor of the fight song and looked to be having a blast. Proud of this guy and all the things he has worked to overcome in order to be successful.

This guy knows what he is capable of and I think knows he has a ceiling higher than we’ve seen so far. He could play himself into the second round with Book tossing him the rock. Nice that he showed up for Wimbush tonight.

I don't we'll ever see his ceiling at ND... but some team in the NFL will.

Hopefully he wasn't celebrating his last home game at ND Stadium.

I agree we're only beginning to see his upside, and another year with Book could catapult him up the draft charts. But he's the sort of guy who NFL draftniks will hype, and some team will take a mid-to-late round shot on, based on tools alone. That persuades some kids to jump (looking at you, ESB).
Hopefully he realizes the wiser choice is to stay in school and make that second-round money a year from now.

Sadly my money is on him leaving but the upside is we have studs just waiting to take his place.

my money is there too, but wouldn't be shocked if BK sold him on the Tillery story.
we definitely have talent behind him, just not sure we have someone with that kind of athleticism. to me, he's always been more of a jumbo WR than TE.

If he does declare for the draft, which I think he will, no way he slips past the 4th round. He has had a solid year of production. He is not just a flex TE as he is above average at blocking. And once he hits the combine he can show off his athleticism.
