I think the best Sylvester Stalllone (aka the guy who played Rocky) movie is in fact Rhinestone.

My favorite without a doubt was "Victory". I watched that a dozen times when I was little - frickin Pele with the bicycle goal. His worst might be "Over the Top"; so bad it is kinda awesome.

Over The Top had perhaps the finest movie soundtrack known to man.
Loggins is all over that thing.

Class soundtrack. Total class. I also put in one of the curl machines in my 89 Bronco. So boss. Don't lie, how many of you tried to use his submission grip arm wrestling?

Under OUR radar I should say. Kinda surprised he went with the spread offense in Tennessee rather than Wisconsin or Arkansas.

My uncle won a few PA State heavyweight arm wrestling titles in the 90's. He never did. The top roll has been used by a couple guys successfully though. We used to have one of his old practice tables in the basement at Mom's house.

I could never get it to work.

And Steelhead-- I laughed pretty hard at your post.

But being a page or so later than me on a Rocky Dennis comment gets you zero reps. You have to be quicker on the draw!

Maybe a new Rocky movie where he fights Boris Yeltsin and liberates Ukraine? It could guest star Rocky and Bullwinkle as well as Boris and Natasha and be Stallone's first movie for kids. Roky Erickson could score the sound track because he's "nutty as a squirrel".

True Story:

The movie "Predator" was originally going to be a Rocky movie, playing off the long running joke at the time that all that was left for Rocky's character was to fight an alien in outer space. They wrote a screenplay, and started to alter it to the point it became a completely different movie.

Nice. Maybe I should pitch the above idea? Lol

Fortunately, Konami put Stallone in Predator (sort of) in one of the greatest video games of all time.

I kept seeing this thread on the front page and never clicked on it. I didn't think there was any reason. Then I see Whiskey post on it and I thought there was some validity to the thread...

Butch wasn't stopping there! Apparently they kept going after more RB's and stopped contacting him less and less. Shady staff in Knoxville.
