This is my favorite (below). Mora tells these kids how great they are and how many back massages he'll give them when they get to UCLA. When finally on campus he ridicules them until he feels better about himself for giving his balls to an 18 year old kid.

At one point during the public tongue-lashing, which went on for several minutes, Mora told Clark he would drive him to the airport so he could transfer to Rutgers or a junior college.

Jeezus! I wouldn't mind seeing them in the playoffs or just a bowl game in general. I am by no means a fan of this kids, but this is ridiculous.

I don't know who I dislike more, Kiffin, Mora, or Meyer.

Why the Kiffin hate? I love what he did at USC, top notch stuff. He's entertaining as hell. I hope he gets a chance at the Michigan job once Harbaugh is done.

LOL, good point. I'm a part time Tennessee fan, so my intense ND hate for USC coupled with a little UT hate will always rank him high. I've retired my hatred for Pete Carol so long as he stays in the NFL ranks.

Hoping AZ puts a beat down on UCLA this weekend.

Me too. I'm like "Petey, I wish you much luck and success.....somewhere the hell away from USC".

Same here. Diehard Irish, but grew up in Knoxville too so I have love for the Vols. He fucked them over royally, and will never forgive him and always have hatred for him.

Chris Clark talks about where he will go after receiving his transfer release from UCLA

Five-star tight end Chris Clark details his next steps after getting his transfer release from UCLA.

Chris Clark , the No. 1 tight end in the 2015 class, received his limited release today from UCLA that will allow him to transfer schools and begin anew.
The Bruins were expected to block Clark from transferring to schools on future schedules, culminating in 2019, when Clark would be a fifth-year senior at another school.
He said he is open to all schools, including those who recruited him during the process.
“I have decided to transfer from UCLA,” Clark told Scout.com. “UCLA offered me a great opportunity, and the coaches and players were awesome. At the end of the day, however, I did not believe it was the right fit for me.
“I didn't think it was a school where I could spend the next four years of my life.”

Clark had committed to North Carolina and Michigan during the process, but he de-committed from the Wolverines after coach Brady Hoke was fired.
Among the schools he expressed an interest in during his recruitment out of Avon (Conn.) Old Farms were Maryland, Virginia, Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame and Ohio State.
He said in going through the process this time, he has matured and understands better what to look for in a college.
“I am extremely disappointed that it has happened like this,” Clark said. “If I could, I would have handled everything that happened with UCLA much differently. I have learned valuable lessons from this.”
Clark is uncertain if he will try to enroll at a school this month – school’s on the quarter program rather than semesters are only beginning classes – or enroll at a school in January.
Since he played in UCLA’s season-opening game against Virginia, it will depend on where and when he enrolls if he is eligible to play next season. Even if he is eligible, he would have to sit out a year under NCAA transfer rules.
However, that is not something Clark is focused on. Instead, he wants to take his time in choosing the right school.
“I am looking forward to the next opportunity I get,” he said, “and I will be ready to show everyone what I can do.”

Kid goes off twitter for a week until its confirmed he is leaving UCLA and then straight away gets back on retweets everything recruitniks are saying him concerning visits to other schools, possible landing spots for him.

The kid just loves the process! :D

EDIT: he's gonna visit Pitt, UVA and UNC officially.

How does he get Official Visits when he's not a recruit?

He's been through the NCAA recruiting process, signed an NCAA Div 1A scholarship and played in an NCAA Div 1A game. He's a transfer.

Rumor has it the first sale was at Don Bosco then Avon made him an offer he couldn't refuse.

Clark turned 20 yesterday. He could be playing college ball at 24 years old.

Woah woah woah. Don't sully the DBP name. He obviously couldn't hack it as an Ironman. Takes a man in the making to don the maroon.

I'm personally fine with all 3 of those bans.

Jim Harbaugh is probably super happy with this and I'm not being sarcastic. Dodged that bullet once, won't get shot by it a second time, lol.

I don't haver any problem at all with the bans. It's just very hypocritical coming from Mora and UCLA in light of their recent history.

Why is it not cool? That is UCLA's right to ban who they want from my understanding. Probably doing those three schools a favor once everything is said and done.

Mora said it himself, Rutgers or JUCO with a free ride to LAX...the school that takes on this headcase I think is making a mistake.

This recruitment if nothing else has at least been entertaining.

Is UCLA only banning those 3 B1G schools, or are those just the B1G schools he's banned from?

He's throwing them on there because of the Rose Bowl. I hope Clark eventually ends up at Wisconsin and they beat UCLA in the Rose Bowl.

kids should never say they are "homesick" if they wanna transfer. It always means the school will limit their options.

some info from a Bruins poster on r/cfb:
I'm not condoning his actions but let me at least defend Mora a little bit.

UCLA had a commitment from the #2 TE in the country, Alize Jones. Jones starting getting cold feet so UCLA looked around. Clark was committed to Michigan and decommitted when Hoke was fired. Clark contacted Mora (not the other way around) and told Mora that he was really interested in coming to UCLA.

This got out and it made Alize Jones feel like UCLA didn't want him. Clark then told Mora that he'd commit, but only if UCLA didn't take another tight end in the class and didn't recruit over him the next year. UCLA then told Alize that since Alize was uncertain, and we were a month before signing day, that they were going to take Clark if Alize didn't affirm his commitment. Then Alize said he was going to ND, and Clark committed to UCLA. Everyone was happy.

Then Clark got to UCLA and apparently was homesick. He refused to come to practice and wasn't working hard. Then he got mono. He missed most of fall camp. Then he got healthy again and again refused to put in the work. There are reports that he stayed in his room during practice and head coaches had to go get him.

At practice, he was back talking Mora and Mora lit into him. Clark told Mora he wanted to go home to his family and talk about coming back to UCLA. Mora let him. While back home, he either contacted or was contacted by or both Michigan and Michigan state saying he wanted to come play for them. Mora found out and was furious. Clark then told Mora that he wouldn't be coming abck because he was homesick.

Mora didn't bring in a TE the year before because we had Alize Jones committed early.
He didn't get a TE last year because Clark, in part, helped scare off Alize Jones. And UCLA was late recruiting a TE this year because Mora had promised Clark that he wouldn't recruit over him.

Mora and the staff spent large chunks of the summer designing and amending the playbook to have tight end sets to use Chris Clark.

Josh Rosen had to learn those sets in the offense when he was coming in as a true freshman. All of this happened, and then Chris basically didn't give playing at UCLA his all. I'd be pretty fucking pissed if I was Mora too.
