all the UCLA recruits!!!
Per Rivals, he is visiting this weekend and will no longer visit Oregon. It still seems as though he's UCLA bound but its a good sign that he's still wanting to visit ND.

His senior film is up on Hudl in the link provided in the OP. Looks quite a bit smaller both in height and weight compared to Farrar. In all honesty he looks like he's built like a CB. That said he's pretty fast and hits like a bigger player. Good breaks on the ball, can cover ground well and seems like a playmaker (forcing fumbles and INTs). Needs a couple years in the weight room, IMO but a solid prospect.
- Staff seems to really have laid it on him thick. Came in with UCLA on top, but eyes were opened (and I believe it's not just lipservice FWIW) and UCLA and ND are now even.
Staff will be out to visit him twice before his visit to UCLA on Jan 30th.
My personal opinion - I haven't thought anything of Meadors to date, but I get the vibe that he ends up Irish. Staff is all over him obviously... I thought they'd prefer Farrar, but maybe not. Anyone got film of him playing Safety?
Farrar doesnt have the range in his game in my opinion. He would be a kickass OLB. Not saying he cant play safety, but Meadors provides much more range and his ceiling is a probably a little bit higher.
Itll be a tough pull for Notre Dame, but they did well this weekend.
LolMatt Freeman beat you to it. You should check out his article on him. That kid (Freeman) shows a lot of potential.

I bet Mora dresses casual on all of his visits. Makes him look a little more down to earth and personable than wearing a suit.
I like the idea of our staff not giving up on him even though it's likely a long shot at this point. They are doing what they can to get another safety.
I also think they like Meadors a lot more than some people realize.

Wish they would have made him a priority a lot sooner than they did...

His recruitment really took off at the end of his senior year. The staff has been on him the entire time since then. We offered him within the same time frame as UCLA even though Nathan lives right outside LA. Not sure how you expect the staff to make him a bigger priority sooner. It has simply been an up hill battle here.
