Any idea where we stand with him? That's a mighty impressive offer sheet. We do very well in the Carolinas though.

Ohio St thinks he is all theirs so, like Mike Heuerman, we probably shouldnt even bother

I dont think anybody has come out with an article with his interest yet...apparently has been recieving alot of new attention this week

Just watched his highlight tape. Looks very athletic. Maybe he's fast enough for OLB but I think he's more likely to end up at DE 6'5" 260 when he fills out his frame like Okwara.

Seems to be a bit too big for LB but dang, love, love that offer list and size.

Lol, I think I heard that too, about how Ohio St thinks he is all theirs. Or at least did before they got Baugh. It's kind of funny that McNeil is rated higher at TE than Heuerman, at least by 247, and we aren't even considering the possibility of him playing TE for us. I wonder if it will depend on what other LBs we get. Say we get McNeil as well as a bunch of other big LB/small DE types ... I could see McNeil becoming the Niklas to Heuerman's Koyack.

To me, neither is predominately passers or blockers like Koyack v Niklas. Both seem balenced like Kyle Rudolphs

Doesn't seem like the greatest of teammates though

Watching his video, I really want the dude. But if you're right about this, he might not be worth it. Don't go for guys who are threats to breaking the unity of the team.

Got any info on this?

Nothing other than the tweet... I don't know just seemed cocky. I could be, and probably am, way off on this.

We have no problem using multiple tight ends at once...especially really athletic ones.

Ego will probably get checked when he hits the summer camp circuit.

1 year playing, top 10 TE, getting recruited hard by ND and only 16ish? Should be expected. Doesn't bother me at all. I know it is bad to say but if he was to come on campus, cause a rift, not cut it on the field and bounce, so be it. Maybe he comes in, gets handled quite a bit and takes it as lesson learned. Either way, I wouldn't shy away. Tee was pretty damn cocky and seemed, to me at least, to be taking some shots. Yet, the guys seemed to have really liked him.

Named Bama his leader

Bama is trying to rivals us as TE U haha, him and OJ Howard wow

OSU people saying Urban must have only wanted 1 Tight End since he let
Heuerman go to ND and McNeil to Bama
