1) Getting the bank, not just the ATM
2) Getting the keys to the dealership, not a new car.
3) Lifetime membership in IE's Gentlemans Club, no strip club.

To me it will be very interesting on where EV goes. With Alabama in the mix it really interests me as to how far Notre Dame has come in image to these kids. These young guys are pretty savvy today and this particular choice will be indicative of Notre Dame's impression to these guys. Notre Dame may lose him if he thinks his NFL stock is best served by going pro football south. It will say alot about how far our Irish have come in this recruiting mess that today resembles selling used cars. Hopefully the college experience and the next 40 years are important to these young guys. Certainly Notre Dame has a fine football team with a bright future to sell.

I would agree with you, except it seems Bama is on the outside looking in with EV. It seems to be USC/UCLA/ND, though a Bama visit could aways change things.

We should set up a fund for ND students and hire them as unofficial workstudy employees to gather recruiting info. On campus job, must work weekends and have a knack for espionage.

Bama already has three DL this year, so EV wouldn't be the BMOC of that group like he would at ND. He will get early playing time with us which I think could be the clincher.
