Most people have him in the first round. If I was a GM he would be completely off my board.

waived by the Eagles this morning.

Physical specimen who just does not give a shit about football, but as long as teams keep throwing him the 600k+ minimum salary in hopes he'll live up to his potential, he'll keep showing up to collect a paycheck.

With the amount he has is a federal drug possession. Not to mention that with that much he is a big time dealer.

If I remember correctly his parents didn’t want him play for a coach that yelled at his players. Haha I hope his parents are happy having a drug head son.

in jail for felony drug possession...8 pounds of weed

Good to see he's working a retirement plan for when his NFL career is over.

Maybe a bag for his own use, but that's a lot of weed. I'm for legalizing, but until it's legal across the board you can't be stupid.

I'm not arguing it's okay to be in possession of 8 lbs of marijuana but that's hardly a reason he should go without bail. Is it at the discretion of the judge? I thought they only withheld bail for serious cases, flight risks, etc.

And it's a bad look to take a cheap shot at parents who are already grieving for their son. I'm sure they'd make some different decisions if they could go back.

Bail is set by the judge. I believe they have a lot of leeway. They also use other similar cases along with the facts and the arrestee's history to determine the amount of bail.

Hope he is able to get his life back on track and that he is able to find some peace of mind in due time. Everyone is struggling with something.

Not exactly his first go-round. Found himself in a car with a lot of drugs while he was at Mizzou as well. Also I saw he had a DWI a year ago, maybe still on probation for that?

It was a cheap shot for them to cast aspersions against the university. It wasn't necessary.
