Dang Michigan is rebuilding legit!

I hope we can make a haul like this sometime soon...

Amazing.

.... still not a class with a lot (or really any) "elite" talent. Another "very good" commit for them. Not knocking the class, it's ranked accurately and is very good, just offering some perspective.

Their 2013 class has potential to be much, much better in "quality" if not quantity.

Do you think we land Payton then because Michigan fans seem to think he's Cal bound.

We have a better chance of landing the Adams+Payton combo than most realize. Not saying it's a "good" chance, but it's not a bad chance.

The question is... will they all stick? Has Urban been calling any of them? OSU has a chance to snag a few.

My Michigan friend thinks Dunn will flip to Michigan because he isn't a spread RB. Haha.

I don't think anyone flips, though I'd be ecstatic if they lost Kalis and a few others.

I would think someone would decommit. The boys from Detroit are probably solid, but the ones from Ohio I imagine are atleast interested as to what Urban has to say...

Dunn will definitely be at Michigan. Kalis may flip, I think it's 50/50.

Per former #OhioState commit Kyle Kalis, Urban Meyer reached out but Kalis respectfully said he is solid in his decision to go to #Michigan

Because we didn't get Amara Darboh Michigan blew right by us? Please, Darboh is a nice player but we are after much higher rated prospects.

No need to be sassy.

Michigan has 1 WR commit - Darboh.

Potential WR class for UM:

Darboh
Payton

Potential WR class for ND:

Greenberry
Ferguson
Brown
Neal/Agholor/Payton/Treggs (maybe?)

We win.

Owned.

Sorry phork, but you picked the wrong player to say Michigan has sprinted past us. ND stopped pursuing him the past few weeks (apparently bigger fish to fry). This wasn't a head-to-head battle in the least.

My statement was in general as to what has happened over the last year.

My statement was in general as to what has happened over the last year.

What we learned in the last year is that great teams have a great QB, great defense, or both.

Michigan has the most dynamic QB since Vince Young or Vick.

Mattison did a masterful job in the patch work D, but their D isn't much of anything and won't be for a few more years.

On the ground. Denard is far from a "great" quarterback. One of the worst passers in the country.

Tell that to Gary Gray

As pissed as I was about Gray getting beat like a red headed stepson, Harrison and Zeke missed a few jump balls and were out of position on a few plays respectivily. They were as much a part of that meltdown as Gary was in the 4th Qtr. coupled with the fact our fastest DL got no PT in the 4th, didn't help matters.

Btw....Darboh to the skunkbears is a good pick-up for them. Would not have complained if he were in the Blue and Gold.

But the ground game is what makes him so dynamic.

You are correct, he is not great at passing. But, like Tebow is showing in the NFL, the threat of the run opens up the pass where you don't have to be a great thrower to have success.

Robinson can win you the game with his feet. He is a difference maker and Michigan will not be the same without him.
