I'd argue Peppers is the only player we'd love to add to our roster at this point, unless they have a wrecking ball DE or DT?

Who is Bolden? Butt the TE? If so, pass.

Seriously? He was outstanding. Did you see his TD catch?

You have some serious blue and gold goggles on right now bro. That kid can absolutely play.

They have some defensive players that could play for our team as well, aside from Peppers. They stayed within 7 on the road against a Utah team that many thought would railroad Michigan...with a crappy QB. There's more talent on that team than ND fans are giving them credit for. Their QB will hold them back massively, and I've said all along they'll struggle this year, but they some isolated talent, no doubt at all.

Hoke recruited very well. They definitely have a bunch of players on D that would play for us.

didnt see the game but caught highlights there on espn, expected utah to put way more points on them than that and it seemed like Rudock made a ton of bad reads

michigan's front 7 looked good...especially shutting down the run...butt is a stud, peppers will be great and played extremely athletic last night w/ great instincts...aside from their qb play and running game non existent for most of the game..their def is what held them in the game....the game was closer than the score...had it not been for their atrocious qb play

Alright guys, I'll stop with the hyperbole. I enjoy saying caustic, inflammatory things about Michigan's talent level but if I'm going to get called out every time, I'll stop.

Yes, there are a number of players we'd like to have on our roster. Do many of you view Butt as the best TE in the country?

Peppers is a true phenom, he'll be getting paid after another year at Michigan. Fast, physical and enjoys contact.

I truly didn't notice any other players but I'm sure some great ones out there.

Butt was their only quality offensive player vs Utah. If Utah was a better tackling team Michigan would never have scored --- OLine is very erratic. Their DLINE though looked REAL good.

I'd beat Michigan by passing against them and letting the QB run. Other sorts of offense [like conventional running] don't seem to be smart vs their run-stout front seven.

I don't get the this guy and that guy could play for our team shit. Ya, maybe as a back up. With the exception of maybe Butt (and I'll hold my thought on even him till we actually play our first game so we have something to compare too), I don't see any person on there team who walks in and plays day 1 on our squad. Peppers, to me, look decent. Had a few athletic plays. But nothing to drool over yet. Nothing phenomenal.

We must've been watching different games because I saw him account for a number of key stops and he had tight coverage all night long. I'd take peppers in an instant. He could be a killer safety or nickel or CB. Kid is gifted athletically and he reads plays well.

He had 8 tackles, 7 were solo. not a bad start.

I'll strongly disagree and leave it at that. Go Irish.

I would take Jabrill Peppers every day of the week and twice on Sunday. That kid is a physical freak as a cornerback. Did you see his ability to shed blocks and tackle the ball carrier in space? As good as our secondary may be, to say that a kid like that looks "average" is asinine.

You must be referring to Tommy Peppers who plays in the youth league near my house.

'12 IA WR Amara Darboh (Michigan Verbal)

According to Mel Kiper Darboh has become a big time NFL prospect. Kiper has him rated #3 senior WR. His teammate Chesson is #1, which I get.

Kiper loves him some Michigan players this year, has 13 total in his top 5 position. I believe that is the most of any team.

Harbaugh may be cracked, but he can definitely develop talent.

These are the same players who were soft and disappointments under Hoke.

actually he loves him some ND...ND is his team

Yes I know that and the Ravens are his NFL team. But, he is really high on Michigan players this year, higher than most other experts.

Yep. But, again I think Kiper is overrating them, because they are off to a good start. god I'm praying Wisco jail sexes them on Saturday!

Also, I don't think Darboh is all that great. maybe a 6th round pick...just my opinion though.
