USC hired Gary Patterson, former TCU coach,
as DC. Was always known for his defenses. Not a bad hire for them and could possibly replace Riley in a pinch.

I don't follow the Bills all that closely but why would you fire a successful longstanding coach and then simply promote his offensive coordinator?

Joe Brady has a year to reach the Superbowl or that entire operation is getting blown up and Josh Allen sent to Arizona for Kyler Murray and every draft pick the Cardinals have for the next 3 years. Bills hope the Cardinals institutionalised ineptitude continues and they can get their tank drivers licence at the same time...

I am wondering what Brady's strategy is? He doesn't have seemed to honed Josh Allen into a QB who doesn't make mistakes during clutch moments in the game or during the winning drive. Maybe he's looking to make immediate changes, and maybe he felt he wasn't jiving with McDermott, and has already been in discussions with the owner and GM with his own ideas well before McDermott's firing. Who knows. We'll see.

They forgot that before McDermott they were the NY Jets for the previous 25 years.
He should've had a lifetime contract and I would love if the NYJ hired him after dumping Glenn next offseason.
