I've got a few others including an M1 from WWII (I've got a thing for WWII guns, I'm trying to collect all the service side arms), a 300 Savage, Colt 1911, and various .22 rifles, and shotguns. I just don't have the safe for all of them at my house, and with kids you can't be too careful.

I didnt want to hijack the coolest guns you have fired thread. If you mods think this belongs in there feel free to merge it. I have been thinking of starting this thread for awhile I just havent had pictures of all my guns to post. This thread is a thread to post your pics of your guns. Lets see them.

Savage Bolt Action .308

Nice kit-

What scope do you have on that 308? Is that a Hogue stock? I have a Savage 308 with the crap tupperware stock but def need to redo it. The scope I have on mine is the Burris BD 4-16-50 with mildot ret.

Really-a Jennings? I suppose you need a pocket gun, but one doesn't look like the others....

My kit:
870 magnum with Knoxx and the Gobbler-getter work done by Rob Roberts
Springfield 9m XDSC
Armalite M15 carbine kitted out with EOTech

No pics of mine as there are all in storage-no guns in Singapore.

So this was a pic I used for a blog contest for all zombie weaponry so it is more than just guns. The guns are a Remington 870 and a Glock 21. Why a 45? Because they don't make a 46. Not pictured are the Saiga 12, Glock 19, Henry .45 lever action, and newly purchased M1 Garand.

By the way, I am a knife junkie. I love knives!!!

That is the original stock for the savage. The scope is a cheap bsa 6-20x40 scope. I needed one to put on temporarily till I can afford a nicer one. The jennings I got from a friend for $30. The had a terrible reputation but I could get my money back in scrap metal if it was bad. I've put the little thing through a boat load of crap and it runs great. I just needed a small carry gun for work. Looking to get a lighter .380 when I can. Is your knoxx a recoil supressive stock. I had one for my 500 and hated it. It drove the gun up instead of back into your shoulder.

Yep- the Knoxx is the recoil-reducing one. No problems with it at all and does aid in recoil reduction.

FWIW: IMO-best scope deals are take-offs from some of those long-range/sniper forums. Great deals on quality products as these folks are always going for the newest and best.

Six men came to kill me one time. And the best of 'em carried this. It's a Callahan full-bore auto-lock. Customized trigger, double cartridge thorough gauge. It is my very favorite gun.

Jealous. I just picked up a Sig SP2022 a few weeks ago but would love to get an AR but the funds just aren't there right now. Can't wait for bow season to start though!

Waiting anxiously on those pictures too.

Sounds awesome. Definitely waiting for the pics. Is he making any of the parts himself? If not what parts is he using? Also flat top or carry handle and caliber?

He is it building with other parts. Upper is DPMS, Lower is CMMG, Midwest Industry Quad rail, OD MOE Magpul stock, OD Magpul Grip, Magpul Flip up sights, VLTOR Comp, Vertical grip and angled front grip, and Magpul Ranger 30 rd mag. Oh and he is cutting 16in barrel down, so that with the compensator it hits the 16in mark.

as Bart Scott says, "Can't Wait!!!"

Are you going 5.56mm?

Yeah i toyed with the idea of going 7.62 but the guy building it fo me felt more comfortable with the 5.56 and its a lil more cost effective to build, since he orders everything in bulk for his builds. I will get the spec sheet of everything he uses when I speak with him next...my brother in law introduced me to him last weekend and we started the ball rolling than. I feel like a kid waiting for christmas.

5.56 is a good pic. You can also then shoot the cheaper .223 ammo through it too. Can't wait for the pics and spec sheet

This is my rifle, this is my gun, this is for fighting and this is for fun!

Nice thread. I'm pleased nobody posted pictures of their gun. Except for the Trinity facebook pic, of course.

Who makes your .38? I was just looking at those yesterday. Trying to find something light and easily concealed.

My Dad just bought one of the new Ruger LCR .38's. Really nice. I usually don't like really light guns like that, but this one is really comfortable to shoot. .357's kick like a mule in it but that is to be expected with most smaller guns like that. I could shoot .38's out of it all day. Pretty reasonable too and I am a big fan of Ruger reliability.

Is the LCR .38 safe to be shooting .357s through it? I bet it is hard to shoot. A light gun with a .357 in it would have to be fun to try to hold on it when you shoot it.

Yeah, its designed to shoot both. The .357's have some kick, but it is much easier for target reaquisition after each shot than I thought it would be for such a small gun. Shooting .357's isn't "comfortable" during an afternoon at the range, but if you had to put down an intruder, it is nice to have a bit more power than just .38's. I put about 100 rounds of .38 through it in our last session with no discomfort. Lots of fun and super easy to conceal. You can put it in a jacket pocket with no problem. A good holster would make it virtually invisible.

I work in law enforcement and I seriously recommend the LCR, LCP, and the LC9 for conceal carry or back up weapon. They are all great handguns.
