I'm rewatching his junior year highlights and thinking of him and Chris Brown in opposite slots on the field. The athleticism of those two alone just infinitely upgraded the receiving corps. That is, of course, presuming that Neal stays on offense. At the very least, he can help return kicks with GAIII and punts as well. Kid is FILTHY

I stand by everythng I said regarding this recruit (that I thought he was ARI-RIchRod or Houston kinda guy). I'm glad he's irish, but that doesnt stop him from being a dramaqueen.
