Interesting that he has offers and interest from some of the best (ND, Duke, Vandy, GT) and worst (Clemson, Ole Miss) academic institutions in the country, at least as they relate to football players grad rates and ROI. It's not a stretch to say that about Ole Miss and Clemson is it?

Toryan Smith is a good example; he would emasculate anything he hit. But the problem is, he missed a lot. Then he got timed in the 40 for Pro Day. 5.03. Sorry no can do for a middle backer in a 4-3 defense. So I want to see tape on everybody. How quick they can play.

Question: When kids commit early, such as this guy, to a good school like Vandy. Are those the first guys we typically would try and poach later in the recruiting cycle since they are likely to not have admission issues? I would really like to steal this kid away although doubtful it will ever come close.

I have to say the staff has been doing such a good job at taking kids away from other schools. I don't think they will let off of the people who are still on their board, committed or otherwise. I hope we get him to visit.
