I don't think you should plan your recruiting numbers based around assumptions. Then you play with the "what if" factor.

They had the #4 class per Rivals. I wouldn't call that an off year. Urban is killing it right now.

That's my point Nuke. Everyone thought OSU was crushed after the scandal, Tressel leaving, etc. They lost scholarships and all the kids were looking skeptical.

Urban gets hired and crushes recruiting. He will always be a top five recruiter.
