The closing diner scene of one of the greatest films ever in my opinion.

I completely agree that it is one of the best ever, it's personally my favorite.(Tied w/ Rudy)
However, I disagree it is the best scene in the movie. Personally I think the opening scene is the best. "Now that is a tasty burger!!!"

So many great scenes in that one... I like jackrabbit slims scene and the watch scene myself...

I really liked that scene, but actually thought this one was even better, especially the moment where Moonlight Graham (the player) hesitates about leaving the field, and then proceeds to give up his baseball dream and becomes Doc Graham:

One of the best scenes from a pretty good movie that doesn't get as much credit as it deserves, was the Chris Walken/Dennis Hopper "Sicilians" scene from True Romance (kind of lengthy, but top quality):

One of the best scenes ever, with two of the most powerful actors of the past 40 years, was the restaurant scene in Heat:

Finally, can't find a clip of the complete scene on YouTube, but the strip bar scene in The Last Boy Scout with Bruce Willis, Damon Wayans, and the "Warm Cup of ****" was great. I loved this movie, just for all of the fantastically memorable lines that Joe Hollenbeck had; like: "She's like 13 years old, and if you even look at her funny, I'm going to stick an umbrella up your a$$ and open it"

Gotta say the "wanna have a catch" scene gets md every time. Also in rocky 4 when he cuts the Russian and they tell him "you see, he's not a machine" pumps me up

Good movie. But funny in that it is considered the most historically inaccurate film ever.
