WTF??? It's not weak sauce at all. ISD reported that he wasn't coming to ND a few hours ago. Magogian passed that info on, b/c people were wondering if ND had a chance. What better time to relay that info to the other members??? Some people love to throw that b.s line "Link or it didn't happen", but the truth is that it was on the message boards, not an article, so it is impossible to link you to it unless you are a premium member.
People need to either kindly stfu with the "I want a link!!!" bullcrap or pony up the money to be a subscriber to one of those sites. Or better yet, they can simply ask politely if the poster has a link or if it is from message boards or their own 'sources'. It makes for a much better board and it makes people kind enough to post info actually want to continue doing it for people who aren't privy to that info.
You shouldn't be surprised. Over a month ago, I said that I had been reading from people I trust that Oregon was his leader. Turned out that ND was a real player here and might have lead for a minute, esp had his brother been cleared.
And btw, if we read the tea leaves better, we won't be disappointed so much at losing recruits. Listen to what they say to OTHER schools' reporters, not what they say to ND reporters. I never once got the feeling that CA guys Shaq, Jordan Peyton, Armstead, or Ismael Adams were coming here, and I wrote that. I was wrong on Armstead (he was serious about being Irish apparently), but the other guys...ND wasn't ever in their true plans, no matter what they told our reporters.
