I just don't know if I can believe this 100% yet until I see it changed on Rivals and the other recruiting sites. I believe it but I don't at the same time. But that's just me, I'm a skeptic by nature. Here's to hoping it is true though.

"He wants to come to LSU, but his mother (Aleta Kiel) got very emotional Monday and did not want her son to leave. He plans to enroll in classes at Notre Dame on Tuesday."

If you want crazy, go read the Aaron Lynch saga. When you are done, realize that we had another thread before that one that was just as long and just as crazy. I believe this board wasn't as big when Jimmy committed. I don't know if i was a member or just a follower then though. I was excited though.

I don't think anyone really knows. I'm certain that his family didn't want him going so far away, but I'm not sure if his mother crying is all it took to keep him here. They got all their quotes from a LSU recruiting guy so it may be a bit biased.

I definitely agree with what your saying, I also think (hope) that once he gets going at ND and feels like he's a part of the team and university that he'll realize this was the place for him all along.

Quick question....
Tigerdroppings is claiming that ND giving schollies to BOTH Kiel brothers...not seen anything about it anywhere else...I doubt it, but I'll ask if anyone heard anything on it?
