He also has teammates that are going to OSU and friends that currently play for OSU. I see Taco all the time, he's a great kid that is a hard worker. He needs to play more physical.

Between Taco, Su'a, and Tuley-Tillman, could be the greatest class of names ever assembled at ND.

Edit:

I posted before I watched the clip, not a lot of film. Just as many still photos of him as actual film. I wish there was more

6-6 250 and his frame looks like he could add some serious weight. I like it.

He's a good kid that needs to play with more aggression. He could easily be a 280-300 pounder if he wanted to be, that's how great of a frame he has. He is a little bow-legged so he would be even taller. He is currently playing b-ball right now which was his first love until those football offers started rolling in. Great kid. His real name is Vidauntae by the way. He would be a great get for ND but OSU if offers they will be the team to beat.

"ND Addresses Need With Charlton"

He has legit interest with Eilar being on the team and all but I still think UM is the team to beat at the moment.

OSU still hasn't came after him yet so it will be interesting to see what happens if/when they do.

I don't think I would stop recruiting him because he is from Columbus, Dublin ain't that far away.

He said back in November he was rooting for Michigan to beat Ohio State. Teenagers can be extremely vindictive. Maybe he will continue to hold a grudge (if one even exists) against the Buckeyes for not coming after him early, while it seems ourselves and the Skunkbears have been all over this kid.

Still, this looks like yet another UM vs ND vs OSU 2013 battle if Urbie enters the picture between now and, well, next February.

you've been reading the wrong stuff :)

In all actuality though his interest in UM could be because OSU hasn't came after him.

just went and read some different things...i was wrong..but osu has been his favorite growing up...

Pickerington Central is a school that shocking osu doesnt dip much into. ohio st has got the Borens, but that is soley bc Justin Boren originally transferred from Michigan to osu and started the Boren pipeline. Other than that the Pick C kids are choosing schools outside of Ohio. I think Michigan leads as of now 2 days into 2013 lol

I sat in a pack of Pickerington Central students/parents at the Ohio State-Michian wrestling match just minutes ago, they all had good things to say about Taco. They didn't like that Ohio State isn't all over him, which is understandable.

I have a feeling that OSU fans are going to be led down the SEC path, were everything is war and it is no-holds barred... but they are going to be quickly reminded by the other 11 teams in the conference - that is not how it works.
So please, OSU fans, enjoy for class while it lasts... but you will not be able to pick commits off other teams next year and you will actually have to prove somthing next year - Urban can not go 7-6 season and claiming medical coniditions for leaving :)

Watched Taco play a basketball game tonight against Cleveland St. Ignatius on tv. Big kid, decent feet. Looked like he played lazy at times...Kind of coasting. With his size and body type, with a little desire, could be a beast.

Hope that he shows a little bit more desire on the football field. Kind of underwhelming to say the least.

If Ohio State offered him on January 31, 2013, they'd jump to the #1 spot for him. I've never met the kid, but I'm from Ohio -- it's a decent enough guess.

Also being from Ohio, its an either you love them or hate them state (refering to tOSU). If he builds up enough angst towards them for not showing interest, as it seems is happening, he won't flip so quickly like that.

Anyone see OSU's DE haul this past year? They don't exactly need to stress the position this year.
