If you were a 5 star recruit, where would you visit?

Yeah I might replace Clemson with Arizona state or Oregon. Arizona state I'm pretty sure is a high schooler's dream party wise

I would commit to USC but let the ND coaches know that I'm really going to commit to them. On NSD, I wouldn't answer my phone, email, etc. as Kiffy waits for my LOI. The next day, I flip to ND and leave USC with an unfilled need. I would conspire with other ND commits to do the same.

not sure exactly what schools i would hit....but most likely i would have already made up my mind even before leaving high school. I wouldnt tell any college coaches that, i would still go thru all my OV's to see other schools, and what they had to offer. As monetined previously, i would find big games to go to and make my OV's there. I would have already known the whole time where I was going, but I would not have committed right away..

I probably would've been at the FSU/Oklahoma game, the Bama/LSU game, the Michigan/ND game, the ND/USC game, and the LSU/Oregon game all based on hype for the games with a slight ND bias. ;)

Depends on what major and where you want to live for the rest of your life. I live in Los Angeles and would go to med school at UCLA and law school at USC. Alumni network for USC is much stronger here than UCLA. If I wanted to live in the Bay Area I would go to CAL/Stanford.

Completely unbaised...

Michigan
Notre Dame
Ohio State
Penn State
Wisconsin

I want a good education, good football tradition/program, and a winter (screw warm climates).

Notre Dame
Cal
Florida
Minnesota
Navarro JC (just in case)

Instead of visits, I'd just enroll and try to play at as many as I can. Going the JC route, I could go through the exciting recruiting process twice.

If I was a skill player ND, LSU, OSU (close to home), Texas, and Oklahoma
If I was a lineman ND, LSU, Iowa, Wisconsin, Nebraska

Harvard, Yale, Williams, Northwestern, Notre Dame.

And I would pick Williams. Because if you were a five star recruit, you would dominate in D-3 (especially NESCAC) football.

As a football player
ND
Texas
Bama
LSU
USC
As a ND fan it's a no brainer as a 5 star with no clue I would probably wait til signing day and choose between Bama and ND. With SC making a push because I love the ocean.
As a basketball player
UNC
Duke
UK
UCLA
and either Indiana or Kansas
The blue bloods. That choice would probably be UNC with Duke making a push.
And for baseball
LSU
USC
Texas
Florida
ASU
That choice would be SC or UF.

As me, my interests...my desires..my real life values and love of a real education...coupled with the 5 star thing...
well
I'd go to the best school for History programs...both undergrad and grad programs...
Stanford would likely be the clear choice for me as both their undergrad and graduate programs rank what top 3....including Ivy League schools...that coupled with the ROI from Stanford...that'd probably be it. UCLA is really solid on both too....but I hate cities and LA happens to be a flippin' big one.
Yale, Princeton, and Columbia rank up there...I would have to visit Wisconsin too.

But I'm a 5 star RB or CB/S...maybe a slot WR...and may try the NFL if I'm good enough...taking classes in the offseason to get that Masters...then Doctorate after the league...definitely Stanford.

Education>Location for me.
I don't need the beach...I don't need the south.

So I guess I'd visit Stanford, UCLA, and Wisconsin for sure. Maybe Notre Dame and Northwestern if I don't visit some Ivy League schools.

It would have to depend on what major i was looking at.
Post this on every site that it can be posted on-direct it to kids who think they're going NFL-post it on every 'pro/college' site that it can be sent to. Notre Dame will prepare you for a life after football and you will not have to worry about a job if you are not a pro player after college. You will be required to educate yourself in a study that will assure you of a great job when football ends. You will not be allowed to act like a pro player in college who is not on campus to earn a degree. You will know how to communicate. You will be proud and happy you chose Notre Dame when you find out you cant earn millions in the NFL. You will always be considered a Notre Dame man(see Dayne Crist). You will be part of the greatest alumni base in the world who will help you gain profitable employment and you will be always known as a Notre Dame football player who did it the right way. If there is anything any more important than this to you you need to go pro- meaning play in the SEC.
