I wouldn't be surprised if Arkansas is a real player here. Petrino has shown his receiver's can have success even if they don't have a lot of size, like Davonte. Also add the facts that they're losing 3 of their 4 best WR's next year, have a coach committed to throwing the ball all over the field, and have a returning QB who will be on a lot of award watch lists next year.

I've wanted Neal for a long time now, but for him, I could certainly see him make worse decisions than attending Arkansas.

Side note-- for some of the same reasons listed above, I think DGB could end up a Hog too.

I read on an OSU board that Neal was born around Akron before later moving to Arizona. I have no idea how old he was when he moved, but he or his father could've been an OSU fan growing up which means OSU could be a pretty big player here.

What to watch this weekend - USC Trojans Blog - ESPN

The fact that the Irish are getting Neal’s first official visit is no coincidence. The family is very high on the tradition in South Bend and one key factor they’re looking for is a school with a strong alumni base to help Neal after he hangs up his cleats.

Don't expect a quick decision coming here. Will most likely take all 5 officials --- short list: Ohio State, Arkansas, LSU, USC. A very good visit this weekend will set the bar high.
