He actually does....I know him and the best CB in the world Darby talks and a couple of others. I would love to see those two battle in practice.

Kelly called him like two days ago and he was definitely excited about that.

No, I never told him. I just tell him that I monitor ND sites to get a feel of how you guys feel about him. I think he has a twitter account.....I don't even look at it. I have to start allowing him space in order to grow.

I knew we needed Chris as soon as I saw his triple jump distance. I used to do that a little in high school, and to go over 50 feet is just astounding. Your son's legs are basically springs.

Between Bennett Jackson (hurdles), the Attkinson brothers (100m), Darby (100 and 200), Chris, and maybe Cierre, Jonas, and Harrison Smith (hurdles), the football team could give ND's sprinters a run for their money.

Chris' Final HS Game!

Chris' Final HS Game!

The Hawks lost tonight 28 - 21. It really isn't the lost that bothers me but the manner in which it went down. Good coaches are hard to find these days. So proud to finally have a coach that wants to win! It was a good run and his mom and I are extremly proud of his HS achievements. As I hugged him at the end of the game I just had to let him know that we were proud of him and now that phase I is over and phase II begins. Chapter 2.....let's see what you have in store. Some of you guys are just kids and some are actually adults......I can only say that as parents we have the ability to plant a seed in the minds of our kids that can allow them to believe they can conquer the world by working hard. Well Chris has made me a believer and I am so proud to not just be his father but have the opportunity to witness a young man pursue his aspirations right before my eyes. His Mom deserves a great deal of credit and is where he gets his humbliness from .Ok.....another tangent! Later guys and next stop South Bend! Who is selling the most fuel efficient RVs? Provide some good brands!

Elkhart me which is near South Bend, us one of the countries biggest RV manufacturing towns. You should have no problem finding a quality RV on one of your trips to Notre Dame.

Word of advice to your son from someone two years removed from guys college playing days. Always take advantage of every opportunity, you don't want to end your career thinking you could have worked harder.

If alot of kids in this world had parents that cared this much about their kids the younger generations would be alot better off. I am excited for your family and the Irish family to have a smart play maker ready to play some ball.

Am I reading this correctly where he states that he plans on running track at ND as well?\

Brown noted that he's been working hard to continue breaking records in track - his sights are on the national record this season - and he learned that he'll have the opportunity to play both sports in college as well.
