Nation's top corner breaks it down

“I don’t really have a top five or anything like that,” Wright said. “I do like (in no order) Michigan, Notre Dame, Colorado, Rutgers and Georgia right now.”

Alabama, Oregon, South Carolina and others are also programs to watch here.

At this point, Wright said the Fighting Irish and Buffaloes are “recruiting him the hardest”, along with the in-state Scarlet Knights. He made an unofficial visit to Colorado with teammate Elijah Shumate a couple of months back and the Buffs appear to be factor.

Believe a few DB kids went out to visit freshman RB Tony Jones (DB alum) in Boulder and liked what they saw. I wouldn't be surprised, though, if all DB kids went to RU to try and "bring a championship home".[/QUOTE]

Pu-lease....the water must be tainted over there for them to think that.

He's from Jersey, doesn't that tell you all you need to know about the water? I kid, I kid.

I really like to hear that we're recruiting him the hardest. I want all the Don Bosco kids...

Rutgers will not even smell a Big East championship in the next three years. That's a load of crap they keep feeding this kids (Savon Huggins).

If we land one of Geno, Yuri, Shaq, or Shumate, we'll be set. I don't see us landing more than one of them.

I think we will get one; not sure which though yet. I have a weird gut feeling that we might get Shaq if we have a killer season on the field (and Cal doesn't open their wallets... no, I am not kidding, many people seriously question their recruiting) even though his brother went there.

I think #Georgia has the best shot at Yuri Wright followed by #Colorado, not just because he said those are his two officials

But because Scott Lakatos at UGA is a Jersey guy and the coaches at Bosco like him and Tony Jones is a recent legend at Bosco.

Would love to add to this class with this kid. We need some depth at CB and this kid looks first rate.

He was confused on why the staff hasn't contacted him. Coaches cant call recruits right now, but recruits can call coaches. PER II

That is the second time this has come up with a recruit. Makes you think the other coach's don't abide by that rule.

I have no knowledge of it but i am sure Shaq Thompson and Yuri Wright are the top 2 targets left on the board for the secondary. PER my own opinion.

He has stated ND will most likely get an official. Georgia, Colorado and Rutgers will most likely get one as well IMO.

If he was confused about the rule then it sounds like other teams probably haven't been abiding by it...

EDIT: whoops, missed the earlier post
