I cannot wait to see the reaction to this on USC's boards. Those idiots embarrassed themselves with how they reacted to their appeal not being granted by the NCAA. I am predicting full meltdown by them over this. EXCITING!!

That makes sense, given the following quote from the article:

executive director Bill Hancock said in a statement. "One of the best ways of ensuring that they remain so is for us to foster full compliance with NCAA rules. Accordingly, in keeping with the NCAA's recent action, USC's appearances are being vacated.

Appearances, not just the title.

Uh, isn't this a really big deal? No one else commented on this.

It's my understanding that the only thing which prevented the NCAA from really blowing the top off this scandal was its lack of subpoena power. Now that McNair has sued the NCAA over it, they'll have full subpoena power to dig up evidence on this...

Things could get even worse for USC.

people are so dumb, I remember years before the Bush scandal even broke via yahoo.... there were rumors and all kinds of stuff that got passed by, swept aside, my family would talk for hours about the stuff we would hear, THEN the Bush story broke...


they act like this was a seclect thing that only happened to and because of Reggie, NO! this was the high profile case that made it possible to hit them for everything else.
