I thought the same thing, I can fly from Orlando to LA cheaper than I can into South Bend. I bet flying onto Manhatten KS is not picnic.

The planes are small for sure. Flew in there a few times. Most fly to Kansas city though. Manhattan has flights to and from kansas city Denver and Dallas. It is uber expensive.

Oh, please let him transfer to USC and be 19th on the depth chart.

We all need to see that melodrama.

We do.

@bfeldmanESPN: "TateForcier may be interested in USC, but don't expect him to go there. Source said #USC has NOT contacted him. (They just signed 2 QBs)"

ESPN needs to cover a topic people care about, like golfing or the Canadian Curling Championship.

Tate Forcier has Hawaii, San Jose State high on his list
Jul 7, 2011 at 11:26 pm EDT
Staff report Sporting News

Former Michigan QB Tate Forcier is giving his strongest consideration to Hawaii and San Jose State, though he also has interest in Nevada, ESPN.com reported.

That list is vastly different to one he had in late May, when a report said he was considering Auburn, Montana, USC, San Diego State, Kansas and San Diego. Before that list came Forcier’s announcement that he would transfer to Miami, but he never enrolled at the school.

1) Michigan
2) Miami
3) Auburn
4) Montana
5) USC
6 San Diego St
7) Hawaii
8) San Jose St
9) Nevada

This is a guy that once made ND's defense look, dare I say,... like a high school unit.

Tate to SD St. would have some nice sub-plots for SD St. v. scUM.

Their QB situation would have to be a mess for QBForce to have any chance of playing that early in the season though.

Why does anybody still care what this loose cannon and his insane father are up to these days?

This guy seems to have the maturity level of a three year old. What is with this kid anyways? He'll end up like Ryan Leaf without the pro experience anyways. A talented quarterback whose immaturity got the best of him.

But to be fair so did, Cousins, Elliot, Locker, Barkley, Dobbs, Stull and Luck.

No one is going to remember Forcier for his relatively above average game (310 total yards) against a 6-6 ND team, especially when it was possibly the worst defense in Irish history.

Even more especially when Denard put up 502 yards the next season.

His 15 minutes of fame is a drop of water in the ND-UM rivalry. It was fun while it lasted!!

But if you go to the wiki page the photo him warming up before Delaware - STATE.

I found this an interesting tidbit on his wiki page:
With the parents commuting Robert was often on his own as the little man of the house.[2] The lack of academic attention left Tate with poor study skills and by his sophomore year he had to enroll at Charter School of San Diego.[2]

Wow. Can't even get into the University of Hawaii because of academics? It really is a shame because this kid does have some talent. His grades must have been really bad at Michigan to not be able to transfer to UH.

He pretty much wasn't going to class at Michigan, right?

He must have been taking too much time editing QBForce.com

I wish Tate the best, but even the most delusional Michigan fan knows he's got issues. I hope he get's his act straightened out.

fleming's ankles still hurt!

He'll never live that down, Forcier put him on his knees. There's no question, Forcier played one hell of a game. Maturity is his issue, maybe due to being home schooled and then turned loose on a college campus. His family tried to get his older brother into Michigan grad school so he could keep Tate on the straight and narrow.

His girlfriend is smoking hot, just won Miss Michigan.
