I believe this is simply just a reaction to the gt coaches saying they won't accept any phone calls.. which was a quote that came with tuitts flop.. not Diaco getting denied

"apparentely the coach (the high school coach- the way I understand it) is deny access to the prospect. The ND staff is being blocked."

"Interesting....Tuitt's high school coach is the son of Jack Fligg. Jack Fligg coached at Georgia Tech (I believe he was an assistant at GT)"

"Unless the coach is guardian of the athelete being requested to be spoken to, NO coach should have say so who speaks with the athelete. This is total BS if it's true. I would sit on Tuitts lawn coach can't stop me from sitting there!!!"

Hey I understand if Stephon wants to stay closer to home, but I'd like to know what it was that GT offered that doubled ND's. I feel so sorry for these young kids, recruiting has turned into a war.

It's been that way since WWII era (seriously) but the difference now is that with the internet we actually see the ins and outs of it. There was a Heisman winner from ND who was committed to Army but some General or Colonel was a Notre Dame fan and during the war called him into his building... he walked out committed to ND.

Stuff happens. It's hilarious if it's true that the coach is a GT guy... the parallels to Aaron's coach being in his ear are incredible. Well played GT, well played.

I think this is referring to his proir coaching stint before Tuitt's current squad. The skinny on that is that he had a football fundraiser to raise money for the program (a first year program at that) and proceeded to use the funds to pay his assistant coaches.

Doesn't look like it has had much of an effect on his career trajectory... I am guessing he will be following his daddy's shoes to GT within a few years.*

I know it hard to believe, but it is a good academic school in specially engineering , also it is closer to home. other thing is his football development. Idont know about that

May be a little weak in the English Department from what I've read. Good Lord.

Sounds good. Maybe the ISD meeting is the 2nd one you are referring to. Either way I am glad we are getting a chance.
