That shuttle speed is ridiculous, it certainly suggests he can play in the defensive backfield even if his top line speed isn't optimal.

We still have a bunch of spots left, so sign him up. He wouldn't be my first choice, but we need some more bodies.

Yes, it is. Polish was mistaken when he said they were different. Zibby pointed out that they are one in the same with his diagram. I think everyone is on the same page now.

At the NFL combine they call it the 20 yard shuttle. There is also a 60 yard shuttle.

His shuttle speed is ridiculous. We do have some foom for this kid and not only is he a body to fill part of our roster, but he has alot of talent and potential that could be developed over a year or two.

Correct me if I'm wrong but this kid definitely has talent and is an athlete. As long as he really wants to come to ND then it should be a no brainer. I was under the impression that we were looking for athletes with an instinct for the game that Kelly could put his coaching skills to work on. I know it would be great to get some more CBs but they're not exactly banging down our door right now so let's ot pass on a kid with potential to wait for the possibility of an average CB.
