Outside of Arnold the hit rate is pretty damn impressive
About 50% hit rate, imo
Outside of Arnold the hit rate is pretty damn impressive
Well hopefully Gino made the right eval here lol
Sucks Monds isn’t participating he would have crushed it.
it is funny because Croucher is originally from my area. He faced some of the most dog shit competition. Made a wise business move to get out of upstate NY footballIIRC, didn't Taylor want the royal from ND but Gino and Denbrock never pressed for him? He still looks small.
How many of these guys could ND have signed, had they pressed? Taylor, Crouched, Borque.
5* Haven at the bottom of the list. 🤔
No OVs until 6/12, Invasion next fridayAny news on recruiting today at nd ?
Has to mean something but yeah I'm puzzled by this oneNot sure what it means but ND cancelled Sean Fox visit per ISD.
Better land one and have another one boardIf that's case, ND has to be confident with where they stand in the Satele and / or Henderson recruitments.
I'd be pretty shocked if they take more than one more, unless Glover or Roman I want to hop on board before Satele or Henderson decide. Most likely scenario to me is they saw Fox outgrowing LB and turning into an edge, not gonna take him with Vaughn on board now while waiting on Sesay and Fak.Better land one and have another one board
“I’m not going to make an emotional decision,” Henderson said. “I want to be 100 percent sure. That’s why I’m taking these official visits. I’m not going to be a guy that commits to decommit. I know when I make a decision, it will be a firm decision. Everybody keeps forgetting about Notre Dame. That’s a school I’m high on. I’m just taking it day-by-day.
I'd call EJ a chode but that would be disrespectful to chodes.![]()
Five-star Kaden Henderson, nation's No. 1 ranked LB, says Miami is 'super high' after official visit
Mario Cristobal and the Miami Hurricanes are working hard on top football recruits from around the country.www.on3.com
Old pal EJ did his best to avoid any mention of ND but Henderson went out of his way to say, when asked about the contrast between A&M and Miami:
ND must feel pretty confident in landing JJ Jr. and Gayles, ND got a nice combo from Ohio St. in the portal and landing these 2 with who they have committed is a damn good WR class. No longer actively recruiting:
Fox, Esposito, Starcevic, Feister, Yancey, Emedobi and Cooper
Looking at:Seeing the recruiting board, I wouldn’t be surprised if this is a smaller class relatively speaking around 23 or 24. They’re going to probably need a bigger portal class with the expected departures so don’t hate it
I wish high on Cooper and Yancey. But I get the whys behind moving on from them. Fox is interesting. Maybe they are more confident with the smaller LB board/think he might outgrow it and be a DE.No longer actively recruiting:
Fox, Esposito, Starcevic, Feister, Yancey, Emedobi and Cooper
Looking at:
WR: 1-2
OL: 0-1
DL:1-3
LB: 1-2
DB: 0-1
So worst case 21, best case probably 24 or 25
Didn’t seem like an overly positive recruiting update. Won’t doubt this staff though.
Lead or 2nd for 5 top 100 recruits?
Here is my take: Falorunsho type players are very rare in Chicago. Probably 2 every 5 cycles. You can get Parks level players consistently.I guess I should’ve just said there wasn’t any new good news in the update. Anyone that pays attention to recruiting knows we are in great shape for Jones and Sessay.
The Parks update is pretty frustrating. I know they landed Folorunsho, but Notre Dame struggling to land kids from Chicago will always be a head scratcher. Especially when they’re already at a Catholic school.
We got 3 guys left on the LB board. Need 1, would take two if Henderson is one. If they see Fox growing into a DE, we will have 3 DEs in this class better than himSurprised about Fox. Is it possible they just don't love this high school LB class overall?
