I think the ISD update that OL recruiting will be done this week and it’s expected to be Olu, LvB, and one more. Everything else is all speculation

Brucie is just regurgitating message board stuff, per usual. There’s an ongoing discussion on multiple forums about this topic. There’s no concrete evidence but with the way things are being locked up and hush hush, it’s pretty clear.
We knew Olu was going to ND. We know LVB is going to ND. The reason we know that is because the “I like where the Irish stand” from certain people is the equivalent to a silent. The fact that this +1 is being discussed NOWHERE, is because he’s most likely committed to another school. The best way for the beat to do their part in fucking that up, is talking about it, and they know better.

No idea if it's this kid, but I'm all for another Charlie Thom type take with the 105 roster limit. Getting the 4 guys you want to pay money to, then getting a 5th guy on the cheap that is mountain of a human and has plenty of upside, is smart recruiting IMO. If you take one of these guys each cycle and even 1out of 3 develop inside the program and become a starter, it was will have been well worth it.

Good find! He's a big boy and plays nasty on film. Every highlight is him playing through the whistle. Lots more room to fill out too. Definitely looks like he could play RT or OG... Also has Dartmouth ans Cornell offers if there was any question about academics.
Plays really high and although he has good movement skills on the perimeter he looks maybe a little stiff. I wonder if he's more of a waste bender than a knee bender.
That said, this is another example of a guy you'd be thrilled with as your #5 guy in a top notch OL group. Probably won't cost you very much in NIL. Has the frame you're looking for in an ND OL and has those Charlie Thom "development" vibes. Maybe a guy you can stash for 2 years and develop and let the chips fall where they may by time he's a junior.
I 100% look for a guy like this in every class, especially if it saves you NIL money to spend elsewhere.

He wouldn’t share Friday with Folo, but it’s weird all the talking heads are saying OL is done by the end of the week and we have 2 prospects coming, supposedly. LvB for Saturday?

Well one thing for sure is that ND and the Top Chicago DL connection is not like it was in the past. Burgess was the first top 75 recruit in the trenches in a while and a lot of these kids don't value "real" relationships in comparison to NIL and getting a paycheck. I still think it's a 50% chance he comes to his senses but it might be with a flip later in the cycle.
