Wow
If he is fired without cause before Dec. 31, 2029, Louisville would owe him 90% of his total remaining salary. If he is fired after Dec. 31, 2029, he would be owed 100% of his remaining salary.
"The announcement is the latest massive shake-up within the university. President Tim Sands announced earlier this month that he was stepping down after 12 years on the job. Meanwhile, longtime administrator John Ballein, who had been with the athletic department since 1987 and served as Babcock's right-hand man, announced he would also retire in June."Whit Babcock retires as VaTech AD...
right after he hired Franklin...
I actually like this... Let's recruits know how big ND is; even a competitor is an awe of how rich we our and the rules we live by.
Their brief run was 10 years ago! AT the time we were grateful for anyone who could keep Alabama in check and Ohio State out.LMAO when I heard that. Clemson had always been a middling program. Like many they had a brief period where they were in the big boys room, but have regressed back to to their norm. Dabo's tears are extra tasty.
Someone should remind Dabo that a large portion of his players couldn’t get admitted to ND. I realize admissions is much better at relaxing standards for football players than they were in past years but it’s not like Clemson is some academic powerhouse. GTFOH w/ all that noise & go play on your slide.I also don't quite get the "little Ol' Clemson" shtick.
Are they Ohio State or A&M when it comes to size and resources? No. But they're the premiere football program in a southern state, two hours from Atlanta and surrounded by talent. Their enrollment is about the same as Auburn and not far behind Bama (and three times ours, of course). They have an 80,000-seat stadium and their football facility is so fancy it includes a nine-hole mini-golf course.
They're big boys. And Dabo should remember to wear his big boy pants next time he goes on TV.

Actually drove through SC from the coast all the way to Lake Murray via Columbia and barely saw any Clemson stickers on cars, yard signs or flags anywhere. Its like they dont exist as an entityNo one in Atlanta gives a shit about Clemson. Hell, if you go a few miles out of Clemson, you're in Georgia. As soon as you cross the border, it's all about the Bulldogs.
Dabo isn't built for the portal and NIL era. He just can't stomach it because it neutralizes his whole gimmick of the football program essentially being a church team. He can't sell Jesus when other schools are offering more cash.
Once you get north of Lake Murray you will start to see a lot of orange. The upstate is the exact opposite of where you were Greenville/Spartanburg is 80% Clemson.Actually drove through SC from the coast all the way to Lake Murray via Columbia and barely saw any Clemson stickers on cars, yard signs or flags anywhere.
