With all due respect, in what is probably going to be our last year with CJ Carr and/or Marcus Freeman, the cost should not matter one bit. If they're someone that can help us win football games, especially in December and January, money should not matter

easy to say when you're spending other people's money. The school only has direct control over rev share funds, and those are almost certainly fully deployed on retention (CJ Carr alone probably is getting a significant chunk). I'm not, exactly. But he's going to be the subject of just about every major coaching search from now until the end of time. Especially in the NFL ranks. I'm just saying don't take this run, or next year's roster for granted. No stone should be left unturned while we have what we have in place
