This dude is a typical wrestling Nazi douche. We have a guy in the town I live just like him. Acts like wrestling is to America as soccer is to Europe. Walks around every school acting like everyone should kiss his feet. Some do but many tell him to go fuck himself.

Don't get me wrong I got nothing against wrestling but ass holes like this give it a bad rep

The goal was already accomplished, since we live in a world where people read headlines and move on.

I mean, it's not like we are converting anyone who already hates us anytime soon. Isolation fits us well at this point. I'm all about whoever is not with us is against us. It's why I don't care about the playoffs. Don't care about a conference. Don't care about the beat or how everyone is freaking out about our pacing in the portal race. Coach Freeman can handle himself and his family. Those who know him and have experienced his character know what's up. The media can lead those mouth breathers right off the cliff.

I'll say this little mat rat has a very punchable face. Was going to post it, but ya know, Google it if ya want a laugh.

I'll say good wrestlers can punch up in weight class, but this fucker would be giving up about 100 lbs on MFMF.

For us, this shit's a game. For MF, it's his life. He has priorities to consider that we don't. That's why he is his own person. It's psychotic to lose perspective on this. Whether outside or inside the fanbase, this loss of perspective is everywhere. A lot of depressed, unstable, parasocial people. I'm thankful MF's back another year. When he does leave, I have no doubt he will be classy about it even though many won't deserve it.

People are so selfish and entitled it's crazy. This will be his 5th season as HC and 6th at ND. I would love to have him for 15 years or more, but he's already given us so much. When/if he leaves, that's life.

A good friend of mine is friends with Joanna. Rarely does she get inside info from her. Just doesn’t divulge much that would be worthwhile posting here.

Regarding this situation, since it’s a legal matter, she’s obviously not saying much. However, this coach apparently has been threatening Vinny for a while. Which is psychotic.

Doesn’t appear to be anything that will come of this. But yeah, happy to see the media narrative be about Freeman and a battery charge, instead of dealing with just the facts. You don’t hate the media enough.

Hes probably not 130 lbs. It looks like he wrestled in college at 133 lbs in college and that was twenty years ago. When I wrestled at 130 (9th grade) I probably walked around at 150 before and after the season was done. I walk around now at about 180 and I haven't gotten much taller in that time (also about twenty years, time flies).

Anyways, I digress. In all likelihood this guy is probably bigger than 130 pounds, and likely has been bigger for 20+ years. Once the season is done, you are much less active, ear more/worse, and get back to your normal weight. Depending on your size, that might be ten lbs and it might be 30-40 lbs.

If he's in shape and has kept his skills sharp and/or cross trained... it would be very plausible that he'd cook MF. I dont know what MF's background is with wrestling/martial arts/fighting etc. but if he hasnt at least dabbled... he's not in a great spot.

The guy is very short of course, so that's a big point in MF's favor, and MF appears to still be in good shape, so that's nice. But skill/experience in these matters is quite important and I have no idea on MF's history outside of football.

Dick Corbett is an ND grad, lives in Tampa, and is a significant donor to R's in Florida.

Not that that makes it great....
