Driskell on his live show said that he's very confident from what he's hearing that some "deals have been worked out" they just haven't been made public.

Why not make them public however?? ND needs as much good news/vibes as possible and the staff has to know this,… what reasons could they have for keeping all of them secret?

I was actually surprised he admitted he doesn't know what's going on...he also seemed upset about it. He basically blamed a lot of the misinformation that's spread by the beat and twitter on ND for not being transparent with the media.
