The hurricane air raid was guys being too smart to get out of the way. They thought they were 2003 New England running like 25 straight pass plays against the Steelers.

Instead, they were a college team trying to play 7 on 7 in a hurricane (not an NFL QB with NFL receivers)

If it was the perfect storm, what was the A&M game? An absolute failure by the staff.

AM pretty much the better team. But the fumble, the blocked FG and the fake punt, Basically 3 turnovers.

Miami 2 missed FGs too but AMs mistakes and not playing for field position has led to at least the one attempt.

Defense was as bad as I've ever seen against A&M. There's plenty of blame to go around.

Definitely a failure by the staff on the defensive side. Usually why you don't put your two toughest games 1&2. New staff needed time to figure out new players and the it is the main reason we aren't in the playoffs. Freeman needs to figure out early season issues even with next year being more manageable.

I think a&m is the better team and has more weapons but reed can easily lose you a game and Miami is just not explosive at all on offense

I think Miami has completely botched this game on offense. Dawson’s offense is built on down to down success. Fletcher is averaging 8 YPC and the weakness of the A&M D is their run D. But everytime they get close, they run a trick play. Reminds me of PSU.
