I'm playing from behind on this live stream, but they talked about how good Joey O'Brien is and called ND dbu for the last 5 years. They're going to do an overall preview of the class later on. Not sure on the time-stamp but Brooks called ND Georgia North.

He's been really complimentary of the way ND plays dating back to last year. Said you can tell every player is really well coached and that the way they play reminds him of Georgia.

Yeah I started watching him last year at the end of the season when ND blew his socks off with how well coached and fundamentally sound they are.

This might be the best class I've seen in 30 years, but the commit rate on visits 27/28 (and they may have turned away Jacobsen) , along with the fact there were no decommittments is simply uncharted territory for ND, or any major program, for that matter.

Just an incredible effort from top to bottom, the sort of stuff we may have dreamed about when thinking the new coach was an "elite" recruiter... gonna be hard to top....

If Jarrad reclassifies, how many months do we think it will take Gino to offer another 2027 QB? :ROFLMAO:

An absolutely incredible class. Many of us wondering if top 3 was even possible for Notre Dame. 27 players, the only teams with higher player avgs on ON3 are Oregon and Bama and it's really close. 4-5 blue chips looking across the services. 70% bluechip rate per ON3, if you calculate bluechip as being rated by just one of the services, that may go higher.

A lot of players from this class will contribute within the first 2 years of being on campus. Some will earn early PT as freshman despite the talent acquisition.

Truly a finish we've been dreaming about for a couple decades and it just happened.

From Loy. Dont really understand the first post.

"Yes, this is real. It’s been in the works for weeks. Everybody was just disrespectfully asking to keep it quiet until signing day."

"I expect to happen."

"They were trying to get Tommy Carr, they were reaching out to a few others, so it’s clear they’ve been trying to add a second Quarterback this cycle. They may just move Jarrard instead."

Yikes so Tommy Carr chose Michigan over us?

I am super bummed to not get Tommy Carr but Jarrard to '26 and getting a good replacement for '27 is probably a better outcome.

The QB Michigan signed besides Carr also has a torn ACL in the last month. Tommy will basically have a year on him

I wonder who they target for a (new) QB in the 27 class?
poster mentioned this cat. Rakings like him. Offer list isn't great. No Illinois offered either which is odd.
