The problem is OU beat Bama in Tuscaloosa

Does everyone finally see my point?? All I'm trying to say is that it's not as simple as "ND controls its destiny and gets in if they beat Stanford." Again, I think ND will get in but I wouldn't be shocked if we got left out
I don’t see how that’s a problem. All these teams have one or two great wins, no one win or loss is determinative. You can certainly drop OU out of the playoff, or just a spot or two, given their entire resume.

There's just no way Oklahoma is dropping all the way out. At this point, I couldn't care less about seeding. I only care about who's in and who's not

God I hope Auburn pulls this off

True or False.

Greater chance that ND passes Oklahoma compared to chance that Miami passes ND

Oklahoma is one place ahead of us and just looked terrible against a bad LSU team. Why are you so convinced we’re going to drop out but they definitely are not?

If we destroy Stanford, I can see us jumping OU.

The committee claims they “wipe the slate clean” every week. I don’t know how you can watch ND and OU and not think that ND is a better team.

But SEC and all that I guess…

I’m kind of waiting to see how we all hold up when the halftime score tonight is 14-10.

After the way today’s games all went against us, I would think being up 14-10 would be a blessing! Wasn’t Miami tied at 7 at half vs Stanford

Vandy’s best wins are against 8-4 Tennessee and 7-5 LSU. Their resume SMOKES Notre Dame’s. Idk why ND is even playing tonight.

This is what happens when they put an extremely mediocre SEC gets ranked in the top 25, and fringe CFP teams get an easy “ranked” win.

Honestly, a few more years like this and we will have a 32-team playoff. The current process is far too biased and political. I don’t care if we (or Miami, or BYU) aren’t one of the 12 best, but all of this hand-wringing is the result of the committee being utterly beholden to BIG and the SEC. It really takes the fun out of what should be the most exciting part of the schedule! Are we really facing the possibility of 5 B+ SEC teams in the same 12-team playoff? Oklahoma is not even a Top-20 team. It’s just silly.

The circular argument is nearly complete…

Anyone that takes the effort to spell resume properly like that on Twitter is a massive chode.
