A bunch of wet mattresses.Nothing has changed really.

Head to head only means something if ND is the loser it seems…Yeah, I mean, 1993 called. That's never been the rule that is actually applied.
1993 stands out because it was an exception to the general ruleYeah, I mean, 1993 called. That's never been the rule that is actually applied.
Well then I guess it isn't really a rule?1993 stands out because it was an exception to the general rule
SMU is potentially going to play in the ACC championship game and Louisville finished 8-4. It's not like Miami lost to NIUBut they’re not comparable. SMU and Louisville are bad losses.
Does Miami make the ACC CG if SMU loses?
SMU is going to miss the ACC championship because they are blowing it to Cal. Both of those teams stink. Pitt stinks and they are a lot better than both of them.SMU is going to play in the ACC championship game and Louisville finished 8-4. It's not like Miami lost to NIU
No. Duke does
And that Tae Johnson should be a full time starter.Mickens, Ash, and Freeman should have known that Karson Hobbs was unplayable.
The 4th place ACC team shouldn’t be an AQ
Did you guys hear that Nevin Shapiro has a podcast?Nonstop man. Fighting a one man war against Mormons and South Beach cholos.
Any loss to another ACC team is a bad loss this season. I mean - SMU lost to both mediocre big12 teams they played. And there was a pathway that Duke could still have played in the damn championship game going into today - making that game isn’t proof of a team’s quality.SMU is going to play in the ACC championship game and Louisville finished 8-4. What's funny is that if Duke wins the ACCCG then the ACC gets ZERO teams in
Why is that? What's funny is that if Duke wins the ACCCG then the ACC gets ZERO teams in
That’s why I’d like to see the committee put them at 11 — it forces them to win the SEC Championship. The committee could do it with Miami’s performance today.Yeah we'll have to see. But I think people are oversimplifying it by just stating 3-loss Bama is automatically out. I don't think that third loss will count because it'd come in a bonus game
A second g5 team would likely get in because they’d (again, likely) be higher ranked than the ACC champNot even the champion?
Not even the champion?
The problem is OU beat Bama in TuscaloosaAny loss to another ACC team is a bad loss this season. I mean - SMU lost to both mediocre big12 teams they played. The easy answer to this all is dropping OU for another bad performance today. They clearly are the worst of the current logjam of 10-2 teams.
100% in agreement we don’t control our destiny. Also wouldn’t be shocked but it would be disappointing after what the committee has shown they think of us and Miami. I just don’t think anything has materially changed there (pending our performance tonight and our best win not blowing it against UCLA), and if the committee says otherwise it would be very inconsistent. The problem is OU beat Bama in Tuscaloosa
Does everyone finally see my point?? All I'm trying to say is that it's not as simple as "ND controls its destiny and gets in if they beat Stanford." Again, I think ND will get in but I wouldn't be shocked if we got left out
Assuming Cal pulls it off against SMU, Duke winning the ACC and Texas Tech winning the Big 12 should get ND in, no?The PAC12 disintegrating messed up the committee language. It’ll be the 5 highest ranked conference champions and the group of 5. No way Duke jumps Tulane or North Texas

He almost certainly will opt out if they miss the CFP.I am more interested in the Heisman chase now. Would Love sit out a bowl game?
I wish. We’re screwedDoes Miami make the ACC CG if SMU loses?
I think we have a better chance at jumping Oklahoma than Miami does of jumping anyone.do we jump Oklahoma? Did Miami do enough to jump us and/or Oklahoma?
