Referees across the country are skewing calls to assume a turnover (not wanting to rule the ball dead) and relying on replay to then get it right.

This can end up being a problem if replay sticks with the call if there isn’t indisputable evidence to overturn.

Prior to that drive, he was 8/20 for 79 yards. That is abysmal.

5/5 for 62 yards on that drive, aided by PI.

So basically a similar game to Mendoza against Iowa until his last drive which was aided by great catches. Yes those numbers definitely are shot but since I turned it on and wanted NC St to win things went against me until punt return meltdowns for FSU.

ND should pick up this Japanese kicker for Hawaii, “The Tokyo Toe!” Guy learned how to kick on YouTube and eventually earned a scholly after being a walk on initially. Learned English in the locker room and community college. Damn! He’s a perfect 23 for 23 hitting field goals this season, about to set a new NCAA record.

I'm still giggling about the end of that NCSt-FSU game.

That ending was only possible because the 1st punt was so freakin bad. I don't even put a lot of blame on the player that it hit. How can you expect a punt to only travel like 22 yards past the LoS?
