I feel your pain. The crazy part about Carr is, having seen him in just 6 games or work, I'd feel FAR more confident in him being a first round pick for my NFL team than I ever did about Williams (or McCarthy for that matter, or MOST any other college QB in the past 10 years).
I might as well get ahead of this before someone calls me crazy. Besides Burrow, Mahomes, and Allen, I like Carr over the rest on this list.
