It was an old warehouse with meal roof deck and it had those plexiglass sklylights in the metal decking but some genius painted the roof and also painted the skylights so it was not really visible to me walking around on the deck. I stepped right through one of those skylights. I also had a tool bag slung over my shoulder that had every sharp tool you can have in it and somehow, I not only landed parallel to the slab but also on top of the tool bag and didnt get a scratch. Had a terrible case of lactic acidosis (from impacting the slab) all over my body that even my eyeballs hurt but walked away with the fractured wrist, some scratches on my knees and mild PTSD of working on roofs. I also landed about 3 feet away from a 6 ft tall cmu knee wall that luckily wasnt located under the skylight.

Honestly the worst part about it was having to deal with my work's accident investigation process and their Root Cause analysis. I spent months going over every tiny detail of the decisions, location, hazards I didnt see or pay attention to,...that was by far more traumatic than the event itself.
I hurt just reading this.

Young guys heal fast. My son had a complete break of both bones in his forearm in August and was back on the field 6 weeks later. He played with a cast first, then a brace. That said, if we don't have him for Miami or A&M anyway we can probably get by without him till at least USC if not later.

I mean he doesn’t solve the problem of Reuben Bain and to a lesser extent Mesidor eating our OTs lunch

Well...Geurbys PFF grade wasn't stellar either. Only if having Charles made MD more confident in giving it to his RBs.

I hope that "fans" don't go goof-headed if Jagusah needs a game to shake rust and get up to where 5-6 game players are.

But also, and I get the clever remarks, with him at LT, we do win. We have a "safe" side for Carr, and we can run the ball also.

We were just one brainfart non-play from winning anyway.

I'd normally agree, but last year in the playoffs when he stepped in he was our best lineman immediately IMO. I also think the injury last year to his pec would be more difficult to return from but not too sure on that, at least this one is a shorter timeline.

So, my expectation is he is our best linemen once he returns even with rust. He's a physical unicorn. How big, strong, and agile he is. Rare.

One thing to keep in mind though is that the other guys were all various states of injured after a very long season.

Anyone with Knowledge know when he’s back?
No inside info. John Brice mentioned on a podcast a while back that he had to have an additional "procedure" once he got back to South Bend to clean something up and while that was originally thought to not really adjust the timeline, it later was revealed that it would.

October is going to be the soonest. No idea if that's on the front end or back end though. Hopefully he's full go by USC

Yeah ideally he’s back by USC as their DL is pretty decent this year

Brice just said on Insider podcast that dropped today he had a significant setback.
They didn't specifically say it, but sounded like 2025 regular season is unlikely for return with this setback.
Damn

They started talking about it around the 21st mintue mark of the podcast.
well he already had a 2nd surgery after the 1st surgery performed in Wyoming wasnt it?

Yes, he did mention the 2nd surgery during his remarks today.
Unfortunately, it sounds like Jagusah had another significant setback that took place even after the 2nd surgery.

Brice said he is back in a Brace.
Doesn't sound good.

A trusted poster mentioned in a 247 thread last week that he was unlikely to play this year. Didn't specify why, but said he most likely won't play at all this year. I can't remember which thread it was, but someone had commented they needed him back and then he dropped the news.

If he wasn’t going to be back by USC, then they wouldn’t really need him until the playoffs anyway.
