For me it wasn't the fact that he threw the hat. The bigger deal was he straight faced trolled Illinois by putting on the hat and stating matter of factly that he's going to Illinois. He stood there for three seconds before tossing that hat. People toss hats all the time, almost nobody does what Trae did, and for good reason.
