Not terribly excited about the hire except that we get to keep Mickens. On the other hand, I remember many on this board weren't happy with the hires of Golden, Harry and Rudolph. Ash could turn out to be pretty good. After all it's not some much about the X's & O's as it is the Jimmy's & Joe's and we have them.
