His biggest game in his Irish career...and it was on one of the biggest stages too.

Sticky hands, vicious cuts, and he ran HARD.

Great job!

I had to go to my local bar where I've been a regular for years.

They know I'm a wild nutso ND fan, but they've never seen me at game time because I couldn't steal or stream anything in my house to watch the game alone.

The amount of people I told about Faison was kinda silly. But you guys should be proud of me. I turned a lot of folks tonight.

There was so many people in the bar that were hating ND. I told them the three reasons why they were wrong and I had a whole contingent rooting Irish.

He’s been the standout when healthy, but I want to give props to Beau today. He made some great catches.
Is this the second time you said this?
I remember Beau making 1 catch and 2 drops. He was his usual self, god bless him.

Faison saved his best game so far for last night; he is so athletic & he makes 2 coaches at ND happy.

It’s almost like Faison looks better when he practices for multiple weeks uninterrupted.

Game week practices are not bye/camp/bowl practices. Didn’t do spring ball. Then he was hurt. Give him some real football practices and you get this and Oregon State.

Seems like last night was the first time he’s been healthy all year. Huge boon for the offense. This is what we expected to see the entire season.

I would like to see him back there too but I seriously doubt they'll make the switch at this point in the season

I think they are going with the walk on because he’s got the best hands shit put price back there.
Which is strange seeing as they are so aggressive on special teams everywhere else and on 4th down

I remember there being some fumbling issues earlier this season on punt return.
Last thing we need is a dropped punt.
I'm a HUGE Faison fan...LAX and football...but yeah, he still doesn't have elite hands and did have some issues fielding punts. I also like the kid returning punts right now....Field the ball, and get what you can running straight ahead.

Why doesn’t A Williams return punts?
There seems to be at least 4 fella’s that everyone thinks is a better candidate or at least bigger threat than the walk on.
Last time Price returned something he touched it down.

Faison would’ve scored on that kickoff return if he didn’t cut it back.
I'm watching it right now while sober and with the future in mind. That okay just happened, and you're right... had he stayed on the sideline he was gone!

PS..IU got a very good pass rush, that's pretty concerning.

I like seeing a guy that catches everything first. If he can get some yards, that's a bonus

IU has a genuinely good defensive front 7. People here (and elsewhere) underestimate them. ND just housed a very good football team.
