People might not love his size but he throws a beautiful ball and if you could surround him with our experienced o-line and skill talent, I think our offense could be crazy next year. He's also a dual threat.

The smoke is getting thicker for sure. Bama lost 4 WR to the portal, and all signs point to the Draft or the portal for Milroe. I went back and watched the OU game, the WRs were God awful and the Eli Bowen int wasn't Milroe fault either, WR just whiffed on the main block. That bad call TD throw he had to Williams is a throw I haven't seen by a ND QB since maybe Golson...maybe....rolling right, back foot 55 yard dime. We land Milroe and a stud WR. Not only will we be a top 3 fave to win it all, Denbrock may see his guy win another Heisman.

I’m guessing our staff strategically let the Devonta Smith news leak because it’s great to show a starter from Alabama transferring to Notre Dame. Shows uncommitted kids that we are active and bringing guys in that are serious players. also Nickelback isn’t a position where I expect Players to be pissed that we took someone else. Nobody knows. Freeman has said that we won't be going after a transfer QB. Carr being limited for the last 3 months has people worried that he won't be a go, and there's some message board speculation started by Tom Loy that we are big game hunting. I'm skeptical at this point because Freeman is really unnecessarily repeating that we won't be going after transfers.

He's not right now and I think they're going to have to decide on a transfer before they are sure either way.

Mainly forum talk but a few people in the know seem to think it's possible. And the fact that Milroe is also tap-dancing around about his future... definitely gives off the vibes of "I know something you don't know, but I can't talk about it for now" which as been stated numerous times of how ND wanted to approach this portal window during the playoffs.

He reminds me of Jalen Hurts SO season at Bama. If ND could get the same final year OU got... WATCH OUT!!

Pure curiosity and not trying to be combative.....but why? What have you seen from him, that you wouldn't have a problem going into next year with him? Sure he's batting 100% at 3/3 in his college career, but seriously...why would you have no problem?
