Good list academics shouldn’t be an issue.

No, not allowed. EE are allowed to practice with the team but that's it. I don't know if transfers are allowed to practice but neither EEs or TPs are allowed to play until next season.

Nyck Harbor really is intriguing. Absolute freak athlete, but hasn’t done much. I’m not sure we were even a player in his recruitment despite DC Catholic high school.

Once again a terrible choice in school for WR, he had to learn the position and didnt get to play much w/Rattler and then got a runner in Sellers this year. He was a huuuuuge want last year and definitely fits academically. 34rec 510yds w/5TDs in limited snaps

I'm sure this stuff will bite ND in the end when a big time player leaves for a payday, but this is why NIL is largely a positive for us right now. It's so much harder for the usual suspects to stockpile talent. Being the team that emphasizes culture fit with excellent coaching/development and our own sizable war chest to help protect our "investments" seems like a really smart play.

This is also why I have a hard time believing that Oregon’s run in recruiting and in the portal is sustainable, you’re compiling a roster of just absolute mercenaries that came to you only because of money. If they don’t play as a freshman and some desperate school offers them a bigger bag, why would they stay? especially since these kids are often thousands of miles from home
