Dockworkers may have the negotiating advantage in their strike against US ports
Workers began walking picket lines early Tuesday in a strike over wages and automation even though progress had been reported in contract talks.
How much do dockworkers make? Here are the striking workers' salaries.
Thousands of East and Gulf Coast dockworkers are on strike and demanding higher pay. Here's how much they earn.
These people have lost their minds. 77% increase of 6 years. And they don't want more automation. You morons are going to push them to more automation because the machines in 6 years won't ask for unreasonable numbers, they won't call out sick, they will produce the same amount everyday.
The people that will suffer right now are the areas hit but the hurricane. Our local Sam's Club is already out of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels and i have heard some canned food items.
I hate greedy people. And hate is a strong word. But i hope a lot of those people face hard times ahead.
