Also, what is up with Denbrock? Is he not weighing in with MF that going with RL handicapped like this the rest of the season is probably not a good idea and won't get ND into the CFB Playoff? I can't understand how he can be happy with QB play to date. Is MF railroading him into going w/ RL every week?

So here’s my question. How was Leonard not healthy enough to run at all in the second half last week yet ran like crazy today?

I don’t think it was health. That was cover for, we tried to protect him and still win the game. We were not good enough to do that. He needs to run for this offense to be successful.

Injuries suck. Let’s hope Bryce Young can fill the void for Bothello.

Thankfully Coogan & Rocco have a lot of experience b/c the last thing this green OL needs is two season ending injuries.

After the 1H it looks like RL took off running every time his first option was covered. He’s not a good passer.

Only thing that makes sense at this point is MF is pot committed on RL and unwilling to concede. Or he's charmed by RL mannerisms and for some doesn't respect Angeli or Minchey.

That said the “having two significant players with the same number” bit is kind of played out.

rewatching the game, that Dillon Thieneman for Purdue might have played the worst game I’ve ever seen, almost feel bad for him. He missed a tackle or blew an assignment on almost every touchdown / big play - total whiffs . PFF missed tackle record bad. Thought he could be a game wrecker going into game.
